The Arts

At AISL, the arts are an essential part of a well-rounded education, inspiring creativity, expression, and confidence across all grade levels. From Early Childhood through the IB Diploma Programme, students are encouraged to explore, create, and share their ideas through a wide range of artistic experiences.

Our Visual Arts program nurtures imagination and technical skill, allowing students to experiment with a variety of media while developing their personal artistic voice. In Music, students build foundational skills, develop performance confidence, and experience the joy of making music individually and collaboratively. Our Performing Arts program, including theatre, supports students in developing creativity, communication, and self-expression through performance and storytelling. Band and ensemble opportunities further enrich students’ musical journey and foster teamwork and discipline.

As students progress through the school, the arts evolve from exploration and discovery to deeper skill development and specialization. In the IB Middle Years Programme and Diploma Programme, students are challenged to refine their craft, think critically, and express themselves with purpose and originality through advanced artistic study and performance.
