Primary (ECES) Connect - 4 October 2024

Dear Primary Families,

We hope this message finds you well. We’d like to provide some important updates regarding your child’s progress reports and the upcoming Eagle Day Conferences.

PROGRESS REPORTS

Progress reports will be shared with families on Wednesday, October 9. These reports will give you valuable insights into your child’s ATL (Approaches to Learning) Skills.

EAGLE DAY CONFERENCES

October 9, 12:30pm - 3:45pm

October 10, 7:30am - 3:45pm

This year, Eagle Day Conferences will follow a slightly different format. Unlike previous years, students will not be participating. These conferences are designed specifically for parents to meet with their child’s teachers. It will be a valuable opportunity to discuss your child’s progress and identify next steps in their learning journey.

The conference booking schedule will be available on October 6 for parents with more than one child and it will open on October 7 for all other parents in Veracross. Please be sure to schedule meetings not only with your child’s homeroom teachers but also with their specialist teachers.

We appreciate your continued support and look forward to meeting with you during the conferences.

EARLY DISMISSAL ON THURSDAY, OCTOBER 10

Please note that students will have an early dismissal on Thursday, October 10. Students will be dismissed at 12:00 pm, and Eagle Day Conferences begin promptly at 12:30 pm. Be sure to schedule your conference times accordingly, and we appreciate your support in ensuring a smooth transition into the afternoon sessions.
