Dear Primary Families,
We had an unforgettable Spirit Week filled with creativity, joy, and school spirit! Our students really got into the themes each day, making it a fun and memorable week for everyone.
On Monday, students proudly represented their favorite sports teams, filling the school with team spirit. Tuesday was a blast as students embraced “Backwards Day”—some even hopped into school backwards! It was interesting to see their reactions when they entered classrooms to find their chairs facing the opposite direction. Wednesday took us out of this world as students pretended to be from other planets, showing off their most imaginative outfits.
Thursday brought our beloved Book Character Day, EC and Kindergarten parade, a highlight of the week that brought smiles to all. It’s events like these that remind us that school is a place to learn, to connect and to have fun.
We also want to extend our heartfelt thanks to our Indian community for sharing the joy and traditions of Diwali with students and teachers. The celebration was truly special, filled with vibrant colors, stories, and activities that gave us all a deeper appreciation of this beautiful festival. We’re so grateful for the opportunity to come together and learn from one another.
To close Spirit Week, Friday’s Assembly was led by our inspiring Student Council, where our core values truly came to life. They did an excellent job reminding us of the importance of these values in our school community. A special “Thank you” to our student council ambassadors for their leadership and dedication!
We’re grateful for the energy and enthusiasm of our students and families. Here’s to more wonderful celebrations in the future!
A message from our Director of Learning, Mr. Chris Frost.
